    Request : Add "Time" datatype to core

    Hey there :) 

    Sorry didnt know where to put it since the v4.1 feedback didnt seem to be used much.  

    Over the last month ive been involved in 2 projects where we where in need of a "time" datatype. So ive started searching and seems like a good deal of people are in need of one. 

    It could be a simple one just like the one in "date with time picker" singled out.

    Just a quick idea :)
