Essentials:
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS (preferably LESS or SASS), and jQuery (full javascript knowledge a plus)
Knowing when and when not to use the latest CSS3 and HTML5 technologies
Proven record of turning Photoshop designs into clean, accessible, semantic HTML / CSS
Experience implementing sites into client-maintainable content management systems (experience with Umbraco a huge plus)
Intimate knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (we want confident people who are comfortable dealing directly with clients)
Attention to detail
Ability to hit deadlines and estimate projects realistically
