Custom language multilingual site Umbraco 8

I'm making a website that has the same functionality as a multilingual site, but it will not be in different languages. I want to have pages with different content depending on if you're at the part of the site that's meant for Businesses or the public.

Most pages will be the same if you are looking on "Business" or "Public" but a few pages will have different content.

I'm wondering if there's a possibility to add custom "languages" or hijack the languages under Settings => languages => Add language?

For example I would only like to change the "English (United states)" label, as seen below, to "Business" so it will be more logical for the editor when choosing which site to edit.

enter image description here Is it possible? Is there a better way to do it?
