Published a 6.0.3 site some months ago and the client has been using it quite happily. It has CropUp and DAMP with the DAMP/CropUp updated DLL's.
Today I log into the backoffice and find that image thumbnails no longer show in content nodes and also in the "Select Media Item" popup. The images show in the main site ok and if you go to the main "Media" section. I've checked the settings on the DAMP Data Types are the same as my local dev copy (which still shows thumbnails), and I've also cleared my browser cached and done hard refreshes, AND done a total site re-publish, but nothing seems to bring them back.
In Chrome tools I get a 404 Error when the Content Node opens in the back end: http://www.xyz.co.uk/umbraco/plugins/DigibizAdvancedMedia…100&h=65&uId=635191836817896524&fallback=/media/10621/Office-pic_thumb.jpg 404 (Not Found) editContent.aspx?id=1169:246
Inspecting the missing element in the back end content node gives:
Missing backoffice thumbnails
Hi,
Published a 6.0.3 site some months ago and the client has been using it quite happily.
In Chrome tools I get a 404 Error when the Content Node opens in the back end:
http://www.xyz.co.uk/umbraco/plugins/DigibizAdvancedMedia…100&h=65&uId=635191836817896524&fallback=/media/10621/Office-pic_thumb.jpg 404 (Not Found) editContent.aspx?id=1169:246
Inspecting the missing element in the back end content node gives:
The image actually exists in /media/10621/Office-pic_thumb.jpg.
Can anyone shed any light on where I should look to fix this?
Cheers,
Craig
