    DAMP Macro Property Type

    DAMP is a big hit with site editors but the one thing I often get asked is if it can be made available as a Macro Property Type? Is that something that may be considered in the future?

    Hello,

    I once heard Stephan tried it, but there aren't any plans to make a Macro Property Type of it.

    Tried, but never finished it. And it was ugly. Not sure I'll ever need it anyway before my sites upgrade to v7.

    So, sorry but... no!

    Thanks Stephan, sorry if it came across like I was asking you for your "patch" but I was merely enquiring as to your success (or failure) before I went any further with the idea myself. Always handy to know what I am letting myself in for before hand.

    No prob. I never fully succeeded and it was sort of a pain.

    You may prepare yourself for some painful debugging sessions ;-)
