    Does not work correctly with useDomainPrefixes=true

    Hi,

    When using this handler in a setup with useDomainPrefixes=true, the generated redirection url's are incorrect. They are similar to the following example:

    http://www.example.comhttp//www.example.com/my/url.aspx

    I guess the module only handles urls relative to the domain root.

    Hi,

    I've made an extra improvement to the package by updating PackageActionContrib.dll to use latest version.
    It allow the package to work properly in Classic or Integrated mode on IIS since adding httpmodule to the web.config is handled for each mode.
