It's an old blog which hasn't been updated in a while. Might be better to try uBlogsy.

I upgraded a project to 4.9 with Blog4Umbraco already installed. It seems to be mostly OK, except for if I try and filter by tag, then the XSLT breaks. Looking at the debugger it says:

Cannot find a script or an extension object associated with namespace 'urn:Exslt.ExsltStrings'.

I must have cleared out the folder or file with this namespace when I replaced folders. Does anyone know what file this belonged to? I'm trying to compare files to a 4.7.2 project with the blog fully working and I can't find any differences. Where would this Exslt reference reside???
