    Invoice dashboard issues

    The screenshot below is from the invoice view in the dashboard (using the Stripe payment provider, if that matters).  A couple of things to note:

    1. The first 4 payments were failures, yet they all look the same.  I would think those should say "Payment by Stripe Credit Card failed", and "Captured:  $0".
    2. Above Sales Tax, there is an empty set of parenthesis - I'm not sure why that's there
    3. Under Sales History, it only shows "Payment was declined" with a timestamp of when the first payment attempt occurred.  Should there be more info here?
