2 weeks ago i was called by a colleague that the loginpage didn't work. It had something to do with the BillingAddressFactory (can't give more, because he didn't take a screenshot of the error).
All the customers who went to the loginpage got this error, and it was solved by 'restarting' the webshop. He gave a bump in the web.config i believe.
It is a custom Loginpage, but it is built on the fasttrack loginpage.
I hope someone might have an idea or a bright moment ;)
Yeah I checked. Unfortunately the log was scrubbed and it isn't in there.
But you got me thinking. I'm looking in the Event Viewer and I'm finding these errors!
A good example of why you should retain your log files for a decent period of time to allow for investigation of issues discovered down the line ;) Glad you have found the detail you were looking for elsewhere though.
Error on loginpage
Hi Guys,
I know this will be a longshot, but here it goes:

Have you checked the log file as you don't need a screenshot of the exception, the details of the exception should be in the log file for that day?

Okay, it was a total different issue which caused this. Had to do with server restarts.
