I have installed uSync.BackOffice 4.0.2.0) (uSync.Core 6.0.2.0) When I run my app for the first time, it generated DataType and Templates but not Document Types. When I created a new Document Type, then only uSync added that document type in file. I read that uSync writes everything including MediaTypes, Languages etc. but that didn't happen in my case.
On the first run then uSync should sync everything to the disk, if for some reason it didn't then you can either use the dashboard to get it to do an export or delete the usync folder (which is what a 'clean' export will do) and restart the app.
If it still isn't creating your doctypes - it might be worth looking in the log folder (/app_data/logs) to see if there is anything in there showing why uSync is failing.

The logs says error loading NewtonSoft.Json version 10. My app usage version 6 and uSync refers version 10. I will try to update the json package.
