Thank you for a potentially great theme. I come from a background using uSkinned and Igloo, and in a discussion of the merits of the two, Amplify was suddenly dropped into the ring, so I decided to try it out.
One thing that confuses me is literally backgrounds. It seems every component has a background colour, background gradient, and background texture property. If I wanted to use an image as a background, background texture seems to be the property to use, but it's always hardcoded as a parallax effect.
Is there a way to use a background image without parallax (and without editing the source files, of course).
The demo site seems to do this, but it also seems to be created using an older version of Amplify...
Component background image without parallax?
Hi.
Thank you for a potentially great theme. I come from a background using uSkinned and Igloo, and in a discussion of the merits of the two, Amplify was suddenly dropped into the ring, so I decided to try it out.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
