Dark Theme Backoffice

Gives your backoffice view a dark theme touch based on the Twitter Dark Theme.

Currently only tested for UmbracoCMS 7.11.*

Can't see any changes? After installation, logout and close down your browser window and open up a new one and login once again. The dark theme should be activated by then.
