    No nodes shown after upgrade to 7.6.3

    Hi all,

    I've just upgraded a site from Umbraco 7.3.7 to 7.6.3. There is a Mr N Picker on one of the document types, with four root nodes specified. Since the upgrade, when I click on "Add" I get a blank panel with none of the root nodes available. The same Picker works correctly in the backup (7.3.7) copy of the site.

    I didn't build this site myself so I'm not 100% sure how it all works. Is there something simple I could be missing that's causing this to no longer work?

    The previous site was using Mr N Picker 1.0, but updating to 1.1 has not fixed the issue.

    Hi Chris

    Can you try to go to the settings of the property editor, maybe there is some logic or filter for selecting nodes.

    I've never had to go that "deep" before and I'm not sure how to find these settings. I can get to the Data Type and have confirmed that the settings are the same as the working 7.3.7 site, but I'm not sure how to access the Property Editor itself and Google isn't being very helpful.

    How do I get to the Property Editor settings?

    I've done some testing with some fresh installs. No nodes are visible in either Umbraco 7.6.3 or 7.6.5, yet they appear correctly with 7.5.14.

    I'm testing with the following steps:

    1. Install Umbraco with default settings
    2. Go to Packages and install Mr N Picker 1.1
    3. Create a Data Type using the Mr N Picker property editor and choose a couple of default nodes (Learn and Explore, or Products and People in 7.6.5)
    4. Edit the Home document type and add the new data type as a property
    5. Go to Content/Home, click the "Add" button... and nothing appears under 7.6.x (but works fine in 7.5.14).

    Sorry to bump, but any news? After making my previous post I used the "report compatibility" feature on https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/mr-n-picker/ to mark the package as incompatible with 7.6, but I now see that someone else has marked it as compatible. It therefore seems like someone has it working, but I'm still in the dark.
