Phone Manager Field types for Umbraco Forms

This package adds 'Phone Manager' field types that you can use with your Umbraco Forms:

They are hidden field types which are prepopulated with the users current Phone Manager campaign data.

Note: You will need Phone Manager v1.0.2 and Umbraco Forms v6.0.6 installed.
