    DataTypeGrid Upgraded

    Questions/Suggestions

    Hi there,

    Ive upgraded my Umbraco 4.7.2 to 6.1.6 and changed all the relevant Macroscripts.

    However, I am facing a strange bug were I have 1 property consisted of Datagrid.

    On some pages the grid will show  in its new version while on the other I will get an macroscript error which will be fixed only if I revert to the old version meaning using .InnerText instead of .Value.

    Any Idea?

    Hi there mkariti,

    Just some quick ideas off the top of my head:

    1. Make sure when you upgraded the Umbraco core version, that you also upgraded your uComponents package to the latest.
    2. Then, go through and click on each document node, then re-save/re-publish. This will ensure your cache has the values in the newer/expected format.

    Many thanks for your reply.

    Unfortunately I’ve already tried that and few other actions such as deleting the temp folder and the umbraco.config but with no success.

    Any other ideas will be appreciated.
