uSiteBuilder Admin

 

The package allows the import and export of Document Types using the uSiteBuilder libraries.

Currently with uSiteBuilder the process of updating document types can be a frustrating one, with the library automatically installing an HTTP module to synchronise on app startup.

This package allows you to view the changes to the document types / data types and templates that you are about to make before applying them, and also provides the facility to export an existing set of doc types, data types and templates to uSiteBuilder classes.

The package uses a modified version of uSiteBuilder that does not automatically synchronize on app pool start up

The package is at a very early stage but will be extended to include:

  • partial Document Type synchronisation 
  • extra information about the expected changes before sync

I've added partial MVC support in version 2.1.0: your ~/Views folder will sync with templates if you have set DefaultRenderingEngine to be Mvc.
