I have checked. The publish version of FastTrack.Ui doesn't have Umbraco.Web.PublishedContentModels.dll in bin folder. I have copy it from "Merchello-merchello-dev\src\Merchello.FastTrack.Ui\bin".
The file is generated by Umbraco - not Merchello and it depends on your web.config setting for Umbraco.ModelsBuilder.ModelsMode
I'm a bit confused though ... why are you trying to deploy from the Merchello.FastTrack.Ui project. It would be better to have your own WebApp/WebSite and deploy from that.
Typically you would install Umbraco, then install the Merchello package and then finally the FastTrack package without having any of the Merchello projects in your solution.
