    Site keys being overwritten

    Hey,

    I'm using Umbraco Cloud and I am getting a problem with the site keys being overwritten when I push from Dev to Live.

    I set the keys in the UmbracoForms.config but when I push to Live it overwrites my keys.

    Is there another place these keys need to be set?

    Hi Andrew

    Do you need different keys for dev and live environment?

    Why?

    You can add few domains for the same key in google developers dashboard and use the same key for dev and live.

    Hey Alex,

    Thanks for coming back to me! I am using the same keys for both Dev and Live but even though I have input my keys on both when I push from Dev to Live the keys get overwritten with completely different keys that I havent input.

    Was upgrade patch of Umbraco Forms in this push?

    Unfortunately not, it has been happening for the past few weeks when I push any changes from Dev to Live

    Hi Andrew.

    Sorry to hear that we have overriding the UmbracoForms.config file when we run the upgrader for Umbraco Forms in Umbraco Cloud.

    I have created an issue here http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/UAAS-615 so this can be fixed in the future.

    Thank you for that!

    Unfortunately the keys are getting changed everytime I push from Dev to Live even if there isnt a Umbraco Forms update?

    Would a config transform file work in this situation?

    Same here, on every push and update they get overwritten with the defaults
