    Update @Dictionary reference

    @Dictionary can also be called like this:

    @Dictionary["DictionaryItemAlias"]

    Yup. But sometimes you need to get a dictionary item via a property (for example, the value of a dropdown datatype), and @Dictionary.@PropertyValue doesn't work...
