    uSync Actions File

    Hi Guys,

Im having a little trouble with uSync and deleting content.

I have set uSync up and installed the Content Edition through NuGet using version 7.6.0 umbraco and the latest versions of uSync + Content Edition.

When I create pages and then come to delete them there is no uSync actions file generated, meaning the deletes aren't being picked up on my second environment.

Is there some specific config I need to set or am I missing a package that needs to be installed?

    Hi Nathan

short answer i don't think it captures actions for content.

I will have to go check to be sure, but the content edition was really put in place for pushing content from dev - i think (from memory) the issue was what where we going to do when content was already there on the target.

But as i said i will go check...

    Hi Kevin,

I have just deleted a couple of doc types and media types and the actions file got created with the deletes in so I don't think there is an issue with the way I have configured it.

Just to confirm, deleting content doesn't get picked up and its not a feature currently in uSync?

yeah - deleting content doesn't (currently) create actions.

there is now an issue for this https://github.com/KevinJump/uSync/issues/139 - any luck It might sneak into a release soon
