    uBlogsy and Umbraco V5

    uBlogsy for Umbraco V5

    I have used uBlogsy in a number of Umbraco 4.7 websites and its simply great..

    Now we have a new requirement for V5 and wondering whetehre uBlogsy work simply with V5 or is there any changes needed for the integration..Please advice

    All existing Umbraco packages need to be re-written for Umbraco 5. Inlcuding uBlogsy.

    uBlogsy for U5 is written but there is no package engine for doctypes etc. I'm writing my own which will be hopefully ready before code garden.

    Hi Anthony,

    Now that Umbraco v5 has been declared death. I'd like to know if there's a public repo with your progress in porting uBlogsy to Umbraco v5 in order to resume your efforts.

    If V5 is dead, why would you want to continue building against it unless you are moving to Rebel or Composite where I guess other packages would be more suitable?

    I'm not sure what's Rebel. But I have a deployed site running v5 and I'm in need for a blog package. I'm at the verge of starting one from scratch but if there's something done I could use it as a starting point or at least learn from the previous mistakes/problems.
