    Hi,

First - thanks for the great starter kit. There's a bunch of functionality in here!

I'm new to Umbraco. I don't know if this is an Umbraco question or a Umazel question. The date format on my blog is appearing in dd/mm/yyyy format, in spite of the US-en language specified in my user. I prefer mm/dd/yyyy. I see that DotSee.UmbracoExtensions.General specifies the dd/mm/yyyy format. Is there a recommended way to override this format? Or should it be inheriting from some global setting?

    Thanks, J

Hi and thanks for the kind words!

Well, it's a bit of both depending on the context. For this starter kit and the case at hand, it's a Umazel question since there is a property on the blog root page that you can set to have the date format as you like.

Ah, I probably looked at that setting too. Hidden in plain sight.

    Thanks for your prompt reply!
