    Ucommerce License is not valid. Key 7

    uCommerce Support

    Hi,

    I have created a uCommerce (version 3.6.5.13233) site with umbraco (version 6.2.1) and recieved a free license key fom the site.

    However the "uCommerce Developer Edition" is still appearing at the top of the website www.greencrosstraining.co.uk.

    I have removed marketing, reviews and only 1 product catalog exists in the database but everytime I reset the App pool I get the error "Ucommerce License is not valid. Key 7" in the umbracoLog table.

    This site went live yersterday so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Maxi,

    We had an issue with licenses issued automatically from our website: The encoding of the file was incorrect and couldn't be read properly. This was fixed 2015-01-24.

    You can fix this by copy and pasting the contents of your existing file to a new text file with the same name.
