    after installing ucommerce my website ruined

    I receive this error:

    C:\Work\MyUmbraco\Umbraco\ucommerce\pipelines\Basket.config could not be found

    Hi Mehrdad

    It sounds like your installations process is lacking write permission to your websites folder.

    Could you vertify that the file mentioned is missing and that the IIS have write access to the folder ?

    Thanks for your reply.

    the file is not inside pipelines folder. The IIS has write permission.

    Are there any other files in the same folder or is the basket file the only one missing?

    No nothing inside. My biggest problem is why whole website went off?

    How could I recover it? I guess before component fully installed I got timeout so some of the files are not copied?

    Then you need to install uCommerce once more. When a timeout happens during install uCommerce will usually not get all components in place and therefor will fail.

    Depending on how slow your server/server internet connection is, sometimes it will helpful to run your website in debug mode since the execution timeout is larger and therefore should not throw an timeout exception.
