Spent some time at work (v7.4.2) fiddling with adding a mechanism for linking to anchors on a different page. The linkpicker uses a dialog and a TinyMCE plugin.
Looking in the vLatest source tonight, the linkpicker uses an overlay and the rte service.
Is the dialog still used anywhere in 7.5? I'd like to have a crack at a PR to restore the anchor function, but not sure if it needs to be done in both locations, or if the dialog is now a legacy thing? The dialog and plugins still exist in the source, but doesn't look to be used anymore?
