To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I'd like to create a new package that contains all my existing content so I can start with a fresh install but can't. I believe I found a more helpful error for me to troubleshoot from just in case anyone has the same issue it is:

    Webpage error details

    User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)

    Timestamp: Thu, 29 Jul 2010 22:50:21 UTC

Message: Sys.Net.WebServiceFailedException: The server method 'Delete' failed with the following error: System.NullReferenceException-- Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Line: 4723

    Char: 21
