Packages Section isn't working correctly: Can't Delete, Can't Download, Can't Save a Package
I Don't understand, how does a install just go bad the only errors I see are listed below. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd like to create a new package that contains all my existing content so I can start with a fresh install but can't. I believe I found a more helpful error for me to troubleshoot from just in case anyone has the same issue it is:
