Which umbraco folders should be replicated in load balance environment

We are looking at moving our Umbraco installation into a load balanced environment over 2 Web servers (our database server is already in a clustered environment). I've looked at the http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/installing-umbraco-for-load-balanced-environments webpage which gives a preety handy description of using DFS replication, and we've got an enviroment setup across the 2 load balanced servers where a DFS namespace folder is being replicated successfully.

My question is which Umbraco folders need to be placed into the DFS replication process? I'm pretty sure /css and /masterpages would need to be, but what about folders such as /data, /bin and /umbraco etc?

I've looked through these forums but haven't found and answer so if anyone has any information it would be very helpful.

    Thanks

    Anyone?

Load balancing Umbraco is a topic only a few have mastered so it seems...

We are currently replicating the entire structure with DFS, with the exception of umbraco.config with no problems on many sites.  Umbraco Support confirmed umbraco.config should be excluded, as far as I know that's the only requirement.  This was before ClientDependency though, not sure if it's advised to exclude that stuff as well so each server generates its own...but it seems to be working synching it.
