    feedcache package - not rewriting cache xml file

    Hi,


    I recently moved my Umbraco implementation to a new server, and although I've updated the cache address in the UI (the XML file path to be written), it is not updating.  There is a new Blog Post and my XML does not show the nwe entry. Where/how do I set the cache expiry?  How do I specify how long for it to wait to rewrite the file?  Are there special permissions needed on this folder?  Just debugging this.
