    hi there,

    im trying to figure out when the scripts are loaded when randomly browsing a umbraco page?

    They are loaded when they are placed in a page, or if you've registered them in ClientDependency, when its provider says they should.

    But your question really is quite vague, mind elaborating what you mean by randomly loading scripts.
