Hoping someone can point me to some helpful articles. I have 2 load balanced web servers, users are entering the admin interface, uploading a swf file. They see the replacement file which then disappears and reverts back to the previous version.
It looks like a Umbraco caching issue as we have DFS replication and the timestamps and filesizes are identical, could this be down to different umbraco caching occurring on each of the different web servers and if so has anyone been able to avoid this issue?
Please note that you need to pay for a subscription to this particular content - but 19€ could very well be worth it in case you get your problem solved. And there is plenty of other good stuff in there too.

Hi John
Don't know what is going on but I'm wondering if you have seen the two videos about setting up load balancing on umbraco.tv? Maybe there are some pointers in there you can use? http://umbraco.org/help-and-support/video-tutorials/umbraco-fundamentals/load-balancing/introduction-to-load-balancing-in-umbraco
