In earlier version of umbraco if you want default document there is a simple trick - put space in front of its name. This very usefull trick no longer works, because new version trims space from document's name.
It is not bug in general, but this usefull trick no longer work :-(
Should I put it in issue tracker, or is there another trick, that I don't know?

What do you mean by a 'default document'?
Well if I had to guess I'd say he meant Default Document in IIS (probably 7)
