Whenever I try to insert a form (macro) using the TinyMWC v3 onto a page, Chrome crashes! - Only IE and Firefox works?

Correct... There is an issue for this on codeplex (you can vote or create a fix). I believe this is an issue with the tinymce editor, a third party component.

Chrome crash when inserting form
