    4.6.1 Umbraco Backend not loading

    General

    Hi,

    i have a completed website for one of our customers. umbraco is working fine (4.6.1) in our office and on every client i tested it.

    but at our customers office (mac users, latetest google chrome, no proxy servers), the umbraco backend stops at the "loading image" after the login page. nothing happens.

    was anyone experienced these problems? i could successfully load an umbraco backend (4.0.4.2) on the macs but 4.6.1 is stopping at the loading image

    any thoughts?

    Hi Andi,

    I know your post is from while ago but I've run into a similar issue now, where my site is working absolutely fine on my staging server but when I copy the files into production the umbraco backend does not load (it's exactly the same as you described).

    Could you please help me with this.

    I am using umbraco v4.7.1.
