    Web hosting

    Hi everyone,

    Can anyone recommend a good host for my umbraco websites?

    At the moment I am paying £100 a year for shared hosting a single site. It seems a little pricey. Support is excellent but I'm sure the price could be better.

    I get:

    Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.5, 2GB storage, 1 x 50 MB database (mySQL or MS SQL), 2 subdomains, 100 mailboxes, 'unlimited' bandwidth.

    Whereas, something like this: http://www.arvixe.com/asp_net_web_hosting

    Seems to give a lot more per £££.

    If anyone can suggest any companies that would be great. I'm in the UK but the host doesnt have to be.

    Hi Dennis,

    I use hostingUK at the moment but 1&1 seem to have a better deal over 2 years.

    My hosting doesn't expire until about August anyway, but always looking for a better deal for myself and potential customers.
