Umbraco and .NET 4.0

Hi,

Is it possible to use VS 2010 and .NET 4.0 to build Umbraco extensions?

Yes, most certainly you can extend Umbraco with Visual Studio & .net 4, though you might want to expand on what you mean by 'extensions'
