I am having various hassles using the built-in installer when doing an upgrade from 4.5 to 4.7. I would prefer to just upgrade the SQL manually myself.
I have downloaded the source code associated with version 4.7 and it appears that there are upgrade scripts in a file called Version4_Upgrade.sql.
This file has a comment at the top which says the script is applicable to version 4.1.0.3. Have there been any updates since 4.1.0.3? I already had Umbraco 4.5 installed, so does that mean I don't need to upgrade anything when going to 4.7?
