I have a client who decided to host their website on godaddy which run their hosting on Medium Trust. After some messing about I got the site to run apart from the xslt creating the navigation (Security Exception).
I'm assuming the xslt is creating a cache somewhere where I haven't set the permissions?
Obviously my hands are pretty tied with security settings with GoDaddy.
My workaround has been to use Razor which is fine, just wanted an explanation and/or fix (as I quite like xslt).
xslt security exception on medium trust hosting
Hi there,
Medium Trust Hosting: GoDaddy
Umbraco 4.7
I have a client who decided to host their website on godaddy which run their hosting on Medium Trust. After some messing about I got the site to run apart from the xslt creating the navigation (Security Exception).
I'm assuming the xslt is creating a cache somewhere where I haven't set the permissions?
Obviously my hands are pretty tied with security settings with GoDaddy.
My workaround has been to use Razor which is fine, just wanted an explanation and/or fix (as I quite like xslt).
Thanks
David
