It would be really great if anyone could offer us some advice.
We are running Umbraco 4.7.0.RC on a Windows 2008 Server environment (SQL Server 2008) - 4GB ram/64 bit OS.
The issue we have is that the admin is running really slow for us. Loading up any nodes is a sit and wait situation. We have another site running an earlier version of Umbraco which whizzes along so I am confident the server/db server is fine.
Is there some setting or script which is causing us this problem? Any advice would be really appreciated at this stage.
It's been confirmed from multiple trustworty sources, that the FamFamFam Icons package can really slow the Backoffice down - any chance that's installed?
Not as far as I am aware - I have just tried to load the admin up in Firefox (we have been using Chrome) and I get the following error on screen:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Does this shed anymore light on the issue?
Thanks
