    Performance issue

Hi all, since i uploaded my umbraco website on a server , it runs too slow, not just in the website pages, but in the admin pages as well, i don't know what's really wrong, the other websites on the same server run graet , so it's something with my umbraco website, i checked this blog http://blogbustingbeats.wordpress.com/2011/03/22/umbraco-preview-performance-slow/

it said that there's a function GetPreviewXML that's not cahsed and it sounds like maybe this is the reason,

but i'm using umbraco 4.7 , so actually i don't know from where to access this function in the first place so i can modify it's code.

anyways if someone can help me or have some thoughts of how to increase the performance i'll be thankful :)

I am completely new to Umbraco and I have concerns over performance. I have no customers up and running, so this is only a concern for me at this point, but I would hope someone would chime in here and post a hint or two.

    Thanks...

hey bobby, listen it was a performance issue with the server where i uploaded to the website on , umbraco isn't guilty :D , generally umbraco works great ;)
be encouraged but jsut a tip before deciding to make a website with umbraco be sure that you are going to be able to do all what you want using it, I am not saying that you have to know it all that's not important you are going to learn through developping but at least try to find out that something near it was made by umbraco, and by the way, the people here at the forums are very very helpful ;)
