I'm taking care of a big site (www.kilroy.dk, more than 30000 pages) built with Umbraco 4.7 and lots' a Razor macro. We heavily use the macro caching (set from admin/macro section).
Sometimes, randomly, some of the Razor macro don't render the HTML and the front page of kilroy.dk is half empty. It happends more often when I update the site.
When it happens, I do refresh with the browser then everything is there again...
Once it happens, I did "view source" and I can see that the HTML is not there... there is no javascript error or any kind of error, the HTML is just not there....
Razor macro not render HTML randomly
Hello,
I'm taking care of a big site (www.kilroy.dk, more than 30000 pages) built with Umbraco 4.7 and lots' a Razor macro.
Any idea ?
Thank you very much
Fabrice
Sounds like this bug - http://umbraco.codeplex.com/workitem/27610 - which I believe is being looked into, according to this tweet by Niels.
