It is the correct backend - however it's not looking normal indeed.
I think that you should try and check if the network service or the iusr has the proper permissions set on the umbraco root folder containing your installation.
If this does not work it might also be worth it to go to the "App_Data" folder and delete the content of the TEMP folder. Specifically the clientdependency folder in "TEMP".

i had instal Umbraco through the Microsoft Web App Gallery, also i instal the basic package.

also i encounter problems with opera ( 100% no responce, at any button)
have i done something wrong?

TEMP trick it does not work, and i dont know how to fix the network service or the iusr.
