Hello there,

I am in the process of planning out our processes for development of client sites and I was curious as to how the crowd here did such things?

For example, do you guys just let clients run loose on a production site with content?  Then have a content manager approve the content before it get's published? (I have not yet used these features of umbraco but I see there is a workflow there).

Then in regards to functional/developmental changes, do you run a staging site and then use courier to carry over the changes?
