I have just noticed that when using the Image Cropper datatype, all crops defined are created when saving an individual crop.
Whilst normally this isn't too much of a problem it has created a small issue on the site I am currently working on.
Up until now I assumed that the selected crop was the only one generated when saving - the old adage of ASS out of U and ME comes back to haunt...
Anyone got any thoughts on this - it would be a nice enhancement to add a "save" button beside each crop to provide granular control over what crops are created.
I think Daniel's option is the best solution. What you described is just how the Image Cropper works. There is no easy way to change this. I always create multiple image croppers. In this video you can see how I combine this with DAMP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkcObL7CMvQ.

Cheers and Merry Xmas

You can to create a separate ImageCropper datatype for each crop that you wanted.
Hi Daniel
Yeah I had thought of that, but I am keen to keep everything nice and simple within the site.
Cheers for the input tho.

Hi Nigel,
