After getting to know the application and getting a better understanding on how it works i need to go back to the original way the script is installed.
Is there any way to go back to how the script is when recently installed (without a new installation). Hope this is the right place to ask this.
Hi. You can safely replace anything inside ~/install, ~/umbraco and ~/umbraco_client folders with original files from the distribution if I understand right what you need.
Yeah Jeroen. I installed the Starter kit and did some custom modifications in to the templates and I edited some of the XSLT files trying to accomplish some stuff that latter i found out there were biult in with the starter kit. that is why i would like to go back to the default installation status now that i know a bit more the application and know how to use it.
I have never uninstalled a starter kit. Try the package tree in the developer section. See if it's there and if you can uninstall it. Otherwise it's probably easier to just create another clean install without adding a starter kit. That way you know for sure it's a clean website :).

Hi Victor,
Welcome to the forum :).
Could you explain what script you're talking about? Did you install a starter kit and do you want a clean install now?
Jeroen
