I see in my site's umbraco log table a lot of exceptions that are related to the indexing system. Actually, it happens everytime I publish a document. I have read that the solution might be to reindex my documents (with /umbraco/reindex.aspx), but it may not be helpful in umbraco 4.0.4 and I may have to upgrade the umbraco version.
I don't want to upgarde, as I have tried to do it a couple of times before and it wasn't successful. Do you have more suggestions for me? maybe I'll give up the indexing. Will it be harmful?
