    Notifications emails reporting incorrect user

    I've got an issue whereby notifications are being sent correctly, but the emails report that 'admin' is performing the action.

    ...So user A can publish a page, and user B will get a notification about it, but that notification says that the action was performed by admin. Has anyone come across this before? I'm running 4.7.0.
