To go out on a limb here and guess: did you try double clicking on the 'Content' node, or doing a 'Refresh' on it?
I do recall seeing a topic at some point where the 'content had disappeared' and for the OP the above solved the problem.
Since this can happen, I'm sure it could happen in a couple of ways (maybe an accidental click collapses the node, or maybe an intermittent connection makes a reload of the node get 'stuck' - and if the UI state is cahced anywhere... well).
Not showing Umbraco Contents

Umbraco contents are not showing on admin login. But in Website it is working.Home node also is not visible.
Please help me ASAP.
