Could you explain a bit about when this error happens and what version of ImageGen you're using? And also some details about your server etc. would be nice to know about :)
We cannot track how this error is happening as it is not consistent, we are running our websites on a Windows 2008 server.
If you look at the website http://www.paradisejamaicavillas.com/, you will see the left hand column pick of the week etc. These are their own templates plus each box on the main right hand column, by building them this way we could give the most flexibility to our clients. But I think it may be causing an issue as each box can be opened as its own webpage.
