    Protected pages very slow to load on Azure

    Hi there,

    I am running version 4.8 on Azure Websites using a SQL Azure database. All protected pages are VERY slow to load (4-8 sec) - see below the debug trace. Same pages are superfast when not protected, or when I run the site locally using a SQL Express database. Anybody have any idea why this is? Many thanks,
